Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at Catneverlandart@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production, processing, or packaging may have already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
