Thank you for shopping at CatNeverland®! We are a small U.S.-based business dedicated to creating unique pet-inspired greeting cards, artwork, magnets, air fresheners, and gifts. We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates, delivery times, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
CatNeverland® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately to ensure faster delivery and product availability.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
